This is chart of what is known about China’s cyber capabilities, their code names (as labeled by the U.S.) and the targets they pursue. Note that most of the targets are business and research oriented and NOT aimed as penetrating government of military.

Sources indicate that this could encompass as many as 100,000 military, civilian and contract hackers attacking the West.
